Reservations can be made online or by phone. A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Deposits can be paid by credit card, online payment, personal check, or money order.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Traveler’s Checks, and Money Orders. Please note: Personal checks are only accepted at check-in for stays of 7 nights or longer.

By reserving a site or rental, you agree to the following terms:

• Cabins & Park Homes: All lodging deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Campsites (Booked in the Previous Calendar Year):
  • 30+ days notice: Refunded to original payment method minus a 1-night cancellation fee.
  • Less than 30 days notice: Entire deposit is forfeited.
• Campsites (Booked in the Current Calendar Year):
  • 10+ days notice: Refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee.
  • 2 to 9 days notice (24–216 hours): A $75 cancellation fee applies; remaining balance is issued as a Future Stay Account Credit.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Entire deposit is forfeited.
• International Guests (including Canada): Standard cancellation policies apply regardless of border or travel status.

Paradise Park is a family-oriented camping resort catering specifically to couples and families. To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for our guests, we do not accept large groups of unrelated single adults.

Rental Check-In: 3:00 PM or later
Rental Check-Out: 10:00 AM

Please do not arrive prior to your designated check-in time. Departing guests require time to vacate their sites and rentals, and early holding or overflow parking is not available.

To respect our 11:00 PM quiet hours, no check-ins are permitted after 11:00 PM.

• Summer Season: Latest arrival is 9:00 PM daily.
• Value Season: Monday–Thursday by 7:00 PM; Friday & Saturday by 9:00 PM.

Due to high turnover during our peak season, late check-outs are rarely available. You are welcome to check with the front office on the morning of your departure to see if an extension is possible.

Yes! Every campsite features a dedicated fire pit. Firewood is available for purchase at our camp store.

• Maine Firewood Law: Bringing firewood from outside the state of Maine is strictly prohibited by law to prevent the spread of invasive pests.
• Any unused in-state wood brought onto the property must be taken with you upon departure.
• In observance of quiet hours, please do not add wood to fires after 11:00 PM. Fires are subject to local burn restrictions during severe dry conditions.

You are welcome to set up two tents on a single site; however, our rates are calculated per vehicle and sleeping unit, so there is no cost reduction (standard double-site fees apply). For greater comfort, space, and privacy, we recommend reserving two adjacent sites.

Yes. You may pitch one extra tent at no additional charge for dependent children (18 and under) living at home, or for general gear storage.

Personal golf carts are only permitted if they are street-legal and officially registered as Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs) in the State of Maine. LSVs may only be parked at your designated site when not in use. Standard off-road/unregistered golf carts are not allowed, and cart parking is not available at campground amenities.

Bicycles and non-motorized scooters are welcome!

• Helmets: Maine state law requires all riders under age 16 to wear a certified bicycle helmet.
• Safety & Curfew: Please ride with caution around pedestrians. For safety, all bikes and scooters must be parked by dusk.

E-bikes and electric scooters may only be operated by individuals 16 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. Children under 16 are not permitted to operate electric scooters or motorized bikes.

Yes. However, motorcycles must be walked in with engines off during quiet hours (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM). Motorcycles with excessively loud or modified exhaust pipes are strictly prohibited.

Pets are welcome with RV reservations only.

• Pets must be leashed, attended at all times, and cleaned up after immediately.
• Persistent barking will not be tolerated.
• Pets are not permitted in tent sites, pop-up sites, or rental units. If needed, our office can provide recommendations for local boarding kennels.

Pets are permitted on the public beach before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM only from Memorial Day through Labor Day (no dogs on the beach while lifeguards are on duty). Dogs may also be restricted from Main Street during high-traffic festival and event hours at the discretion of local police.

Yes. Visitors staying under 1 hour may visit at no charge. For visits exceeding 1 hour, a $7.00 per person visitor fee applies, which grants full access to resort amenities.

• All day visitors must depart by 10:00 PM.
• Visitor vehicles must fit on your site or in assigned overflow parking (spaces are very limited).

We are the closest campground to Main Street, the Pier, shops, and 7 miles of oceanfront! The beach is less than a ½-mile walk (approximately 10 minutes).

We provide a complimentary continuous shuttle during the summer season from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM daily. (Shuttle does not operate during the value season).

Our heated saltwater pools are maintained at a comfortable 82°F. The adult hot tub is kept at 104°F, and the family hot tub is set to 100°F. There are no lifeguards on duty, so children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

For insurance and safety reasons, swimming is not allowed in the pond. However, you can enjoy catch-and-release fishing, rent our paddleboats, or launch your own non-motorized kayak, canoe, or paddleboard (gas engines are prohibited).

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available across the resort. While our network is modern, outdoor conditions (foliage, RV metal framing, and peak network congestion) can affect connection speeds compared to typical residential broadband.

We take active, eco-friendly measures to keep pests under control:

• We release thousands of native dragonflies into the park each year, which consume up to 6 times their weight in mosquitoes daily.
• We utilize commercial Mosquito Magnet traps throughout the resort.
• We apply seasonal perimeter treatments in the spring to target tick and mosquito breeding grounds.
